《Three Kingdoms: The Beginning》Released on October 17, the new trailer focuses on the late Han Dynasty coup

Three Kingdoms: The Beginning, produced by Light Chaser Animation, has released a trailer and poster for the “End of Dynasty” version, announcing that it will be released nationwide on October 17.The story begins in the late Eastern Han Dynasty before the formation of the Three Kingdoms: relatives and eunuchs fought with each other. Cao Cao and Yuan Shao joined the general He Jin and planned to kill the eunuchs and revive the imperial court. However, their plans were disrupted by successive incidents.

A nursery rhyme plays throughout the new trailer.“The generals are not generals, the generals are not the same, and the high-ranking officials are as timid as chickens”. As the lyrics sounded, conflicts inside and outside the palace occurred one after another. The eunuchs tried to correct the imperial edict, the general He entered the palace and was killed, and the Yuan brothers bloodbathed Changle Palace. The struggle for power gradually turned into massacres in the city.Dong Zhuo led the Liangzhou army into the city. Lu Bu rode his horse through the streets with a halberd. Luoyang was engulfed in fire and fighting.

After Cao Cao said that "one battle will determine the world", the trailer turned the camera to Sun Jian, Liu Bei, Guan Yu and Zhang Fei who appeared one after another. The heroes each chose their own path, and the turmoil in Luoyang spread to the world.

In the center of the poster is a long sword, the blade of which reflects the firelight of Luoyang.Cao Cao and Yuan Shao stood on both sides, and the crows flew across the clouds. Above it was written “True Troubled Times, Fighting for Heroes”, and the release date of October 17th was also marked.

The film was created by the original creative team of Chang'an Thirty Thousand Miles.Previously, "Chang'an Thirty Thousand Miles" received more than 1.8 billion yuan in box office; this time the team continued to create Chinese historical themes, bringing Han style aesthetics into the story of war and intrigue.

《Three Kingdoms: The Beginning》It previously received an 8-point rating on Douban after its release. Some viewers described it as a combination of epic texture, Machiavellian narrative, characterization and cruel atmosphere. Others lamented that the stereotyped image of Cao Cao in the past few decades has failed. Others said that there is finally a large-scale Three Kingdoms animation.
