《Rebirth 2》Released: Liang Luoshi and Wen Junhui embark on the road of revenge

The crime action movie《Rebirth 2》will be released on October 3. The release trailer brings the story back to the lives of Sheila and her son.The originally peaceful daily life of mother and son was broken by an accident during a trip.Sheila, played by Liang Luoshi, faced an irreversible tragedy in the hospital, and then joined forces with Su Cheng, who also lost a loved one.Revenge starts from this family pain and gradually becomes involved in the calculations of many forces.

The film is directed and written by Ma Yuke, starring Liang Luoshi, Wen Junhui, and Sammo Hung. Baike also stars. Aruna, Wang Longzheng, and Chen Guokun specially star. Casper, Liu Yuze, etc. participate. As a sequel to the series, the film changes the core characters and narrative cuts, putting a mother's situation at the center of the story, so that the action scenes always have a clear emotional origin.

Sheila has endured pain in the past and now wants to live a stable life with her son.For her, her son Pakar carries the hope of starting over.During the Guangzhou road show, Liang Luoshi said that for Sheila, Parka is her rebirth. This understanding makes the character's decision to take revenge clearer: the life she had just built was destroyed, and she cannot let go of this loss gently.

The trailer switches between the warm scenes of mother and child together and the rescue room, creating a strong contrast between the two situations.Sheila's identity also changed with the incident, and she needed to bear the pull between her mother and the Avengers. The film continues to focus on how she moves from grief to action, allowing this transition to have a process, rather than just quickly adding a sharp appearance to the character.

Man Junhui plays Su Cheng, the brother of the murdered girl.He and Sheila teamed up because of similar injuries and tried to uncover the cruel truth.Cooperation brings action support, but it cannot make two people's experiences exactly the same. They each enter the revenge plan with their past, and their relationship will change with clues and risks, so the story retains the suspense within the alliance.

On the other side, Zoman, played by Sammo Hung, and Zouk, father and son played by Bai Ke, were chatting and laughing at a banquet where celebrities gathered. The apparent respectability is contrasted with the evil behind the scenes, and the lives of the victims are juxtaposed with their surroundings. The object of revenge therefore has a clear social aspect, and the confrontation between characters also includes the asymmetry of power, resources and situation.

During the Guangzhou roadshow on October 2, Wen Junhui explained Su Cheng's action design. This character has not received professional training, and holding a gun and fighting are awkward, and his movements need to be consistent with his identity. The actor did not handle every shot in a standardized and skillful manner, but instead let pain, urgency and revenge emotions enter the action, forming a method that belongs to Su Cheng.

This detail creates a connection between the action and the characters. When an ordinary person faces a violent environment, his physical reaction will be different from that of a professional actor.Whether the moves are beautiful is not the only criterion. Whether the moves can express the fear, anger and determination of the moment also affects the character's credibility.Su Cheng's rawness also makes the dangers faced in the process of revenge easier to understand.

Dongxi, played by Aruna, also enters the action line. The film allows Sheila, Su Cheng and Dong Xi to face obstacles together. Close combat, cold weapon combat, gun battles and car chases occur one after another.Different spaces require different action processing. Fighting in a small environment and large-scale gun battles have different pressures. The cooperation of the characters will also be tested in these scenes.

Group portrait performances provide another change.Sammo Hung plays the role of a brooding villain, Bai Ke tries his hand at a ruthless and paranoid role, and Leung Lo-Shi alternates between a gentle mother and a tough avenger. The characters create a distance from the actors' past images, and the audience needs to re-understand their behavior. The jokes surrounding Baike's character in the road show also come from the viewing experience brought about by this contrast.

The cooperation between Liu Yuze and Liang Luoshi extended the mother-son relationship to the filming scene. He mentioned that Liang Luoshi would take care of himself and share delicious food; Liang Luoshi praised his natural and sincere performance. The family warmth at the beginning of the movie needs to be established through these specific interactions, so that the subsequent pain of losing a loved one will have someone to recall.

As the revenge plan advances, new clues continue to lead to more complex plots. The forces on all sides plot against each other, and the characters also hide their pasts that have not yet been revealed. The film leaves the truth to unfold gradually in the later stages. The audience follows Sheila's perspective and enters the situation, and also has to re-judge the previous cooperation and confrontation. The details of the ending are retained here so that readers who have not watched the movie can find the answer on their own.

Before the release, the film was screened for a limited time in 18 cities across the country, and the Guangzhou road show allowed the creators to communicate directly with the audience.Ma Yuke said that the sequel hopes to bring changes in the story and character creation. The contrast between the mother's perspective, the physical experience of non-professional Avengers, and the character's image constitute the clear direction of this creation.

《Rebirth 2》's revenge arc begins with the destruction of a family, and the action, suspense, and imagery then revolve around this loss.Whether Sheila can get closer to the truth, how Su Cheng takes risks, and how the two of them face their pasts are all questions for the movie moving forward. The film has entered theaters across the country, and these choices have finally moved from pre-sale materials to complete screen stories.
