Kendall fought to get a board vote to block the GoJo deal.He and Sif visited Caroline's estate in Barbados, where Roman was recovering from his injuries.Mattson interviews Tom and offers him the CEO position; Greg reveals to the siblings that Schiff will not be Mattson's CEO.The siblings then agreed to let Kendall take over, forming a voting bloc.Back in New York, Schiff learns that Tom has been selected as CEO; the sisters scramble to shake the board.The board was tied 6-6 on the sale to GoJo, with only Shiv's one vote remaining; however, Shiv had doubts about Kendall's ability and voted in favor of the deal despite Kendall's protests.Tom is named CEO with Schiff at his side; Roman admits that he and his siblings were never worthy heirs; and a devastated Kendall ponders his future.
