When He Chunxiao had his last conversation with Ma Qi, he had already figured out his master's situation over the years. He had been unable to accept Ma Qi as his opponent and suffered from the pain of tracking down his master. Now he realizes that some people are still completing unspeakable tasks despite being called traitors.Ma Qi reminded him that after analyzing the intelligence bought over the years, what is really important is to find out the opponent's long-term plan.

Wei Guang came in to visit Ma Qi, and the conversation between the two revealed the secret: Ma Qi was arranged by Wu Shenglai many years ago to leave his original position and act as an international intelligence dealer. Trading with Taiwan was also part of his mission.Unable to explain to his old colleagues, he could only endure the misunderstanding and continue to fight for opportunities to enter the other party's intelligence system.

Li Qing's hidden identity was discovered by Zhu Yingjia. It turned out that he was an insider of the National Security Bureau who Wu Shenglai had been in contact with for a long time. He had previously used the forum to deliver news, which also left exposed clues. The two sides then exchanged intelligence personnel, Li Qing returned to the mainland, and Lin Kanshan boarded a flight to Taipei. He Chunxiao received a multi-year mission plan from Lin Kanshan.

Jin Lina wore Lin Kanshan's gold watch and watched the fireworks alone in front of the window; Jinlan could not contact her for the time being and could only believe that she had a new place to go.After He Chunxiao and Jinlan completed their mission, they had to face a new separation. Jinlan received an arrangement to go overseas.Later, He Chunxiao was on a mission abroad and recognized Ma Qi from the crowd. Master and apprentice turned back to look at each other and smiled.
