Himiko (played by Shinnosuke Ikehata), who runs a tavern on Simidao, suddenly comes to Kobe, and Aiko (played by Kumiko Aso) introduces her to the people in the shopping street.
Himiko said that she went to Kobe on the way to travel. The Saint (Kitumura Akiya) told such Himiko that everyone is considering the countermeasures to revitalize the shopping street.So Bimiko said that she had to attend the carnival if she wanted to stir up the atmosphere.
