A consolation party was held in the dormitory for Nishikori (played by Ryo Yoshizawa) who had completed the teacher examination. Ibis (played by Akari Takaishi) presented a celebration program for her and brought up her favorite ghost stories.
On the other hand, the Matsuno family who stayed in Matsue, including Shinosuke (played by Takashi Okabe), Koshi (played by Chizuru Ikewaki), and Kan'emon (played by Fumyo Kohinata), were all mentally prepared that the crested ibis would not return to Matsue.The next morning, Crested Ibis and Ginjiro (played by Kanichiro) had their first Western breakfast together.
