Kang Cao (Korean: 강풀; English: Kang Full), whose real name is Kang Daoyong (강도영).The Korean webcomic writer serialized in Daum webtoon has made a decisive contribution to the development of Korean webcomics and is also known as the “living fossil of webcomics”.
In the past, I was rejected by publishers because I had no formal art education and lacked painting skills. In June 2002, I set up a personal website to publish comics. In October 2003, I started serializing them on Daum Webtoon, Korea's first online comics platform - Innocence Comics --, a huge success.Together with Jiang Daohe, Liang Yingshun and others, they influenced the popularity of long narrative comics in the form of long storyboards, and indirectly promoted the establishment of the online comic serialization system.
As a cartoonist, Jiang Cao has the rigorous logical thinking ability of a mystery novelist.His works are always interconnected, with foreshadowing hidden everywhere.Since his debut in 2003, he has been recognized by comic fans for his outstanding performance.Not only that, many of his works have been adapted to the big screen and have gained good reputation.
